The CNC Auto Production Line of Noiseless Ball Bearing has been approved as the major highly advanced product in 2002 by the Economic Trade Committee, China.
Now RABBIT company covers an area of 27,700m2 (the building area is 15,000m2) and employs more than 280 staffs and workers. Among of them 90 staffs are senior engineers, engineers and technicians. They are specialists on developing and researching the electrical & mechanical equipment, the software & hardware, the CNC grinding machine & the CNC auto production line for producing variety bearing & auto mobile pasts. Since the company set up in 1992, a series of CNC Machine and Auto Production Line of Bearing have been manufactured and put into the market. The main products are the Auto Grinding Production Line for miniature & small-sized ball bearing, medium & large-sized ball bearing, tape-roller bearing, self-aligning bearing, roller bearing and CVJ cage. At the same time RABBIT, has developed and manufactured the Auto Assembly Line of Small-sized Ball Bearing & Servo Controlled High-Precision Centerless Grinder, Double End-face Grinder, the processing equipment of angular contact bearing, the rail bearing, the textile bearing, the water pump bearing and automobile hub bearing. The equipment exported has approached and reached the world-class level. The products have been sold to more than 50 enterprises in domestic and exported to many international famous companies in the world such as SKF, NSK, NTN, KOYO, NMB, FAG, NACHI etc. Up to now RABBIT, has sold more than 2300 sets of processing equipments of bearing and over 90% of 170 auto bearing production line owned by the bearing company in China are manufactured by RABBIT.
