Quality Guarantee & Service After Sale
1. The period of quality guarantee is one year, (guarantee period starts from the equipment been pre-checked qualified). During the period, if the equipment is out of order or has any problem which couldn't be solved by the customer, the company will make a response in time (24 hours in the same city, 48 hours outside the city).
2. The equipment will be checked two times. One time is the check and pre-check before delivery from factory. The other time is the end-checked after the equipment has been reached to customer's factory. During checking, the operators will be trained.
3. During installing and testing the equipment, the professional technician will provide technical instruct on the scene and provide the operation instruction free.
4. The content of technical training is mainly about the adjustment and operation method, the maintenance of auto production line, the trouble analyze and removal of every kinds of equipment, the programming of CNC system and re-programming etc.
5. Providing the jig which the customer requires to suit the model change and the spare parts for quickly and at the low cost.
